The Theater Center’s Making It Happen: 15-Minute Musicals is a new musical theatre festival giving emerging writers, composers, lyricists, and creative teams the opportunity to bring original work to an Off-Broadway stage in the heart of Times Square. The festival showcases twelve new musicals through live performances, audience engagement, and competition, with selected projects advancing to a final round for a $5,000 grand prize.
